As Listing Coordinator for Rhonda Pohlman Property Group, Karla makes sure no detail is overlooked when it comes to listing properties. Karla has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2016. Before starting her real estate career, she worked as a Paralegal in many areas including commercial real estate. Karla has lived in Katy for over 30 years and enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, friends and her dog, Coco.
As Transaction Coordinator for Rhonda Pohlman Property Group, Dale coordinates all transactions from offer through closing, whether negotiating pricing, terms of sale or purchase, monitoring inspections and financing, or meeting title requirements. Dale is a native to Texas and has lived in the Houston area since 1976. A licensed agent since 2002, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to RPPG and our clients.

With over 20 years experience in luxury marketing and sales, Erica brings a fresh perspective and new dynamic to our team. Erica is local to the Houston area where she lives with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
As Client Experience Coordinator for Rhonda Pohlman Property Group, Lisa takes care of gifting and the planning of community events for our clients, community, and referral partners. Gifted in the art of creativity, Lisa also works on graphic design projects for the team as needed. As a mom, Lisa has always been active within the school system as a part of various committees and planning events.
